"Color was spot on..."
I ordered the olive hat from King & Fifth, and honestly... I was really happy with how accurate the color was. It looked almost exactly like the photos on the site, not brighter or weird in person, which is usually my biggest worry when shopping online. The fit was good too, but the color matching that well was what really made me glad I bought it

"Easy exchange, just a bit slow"
Had to swap my hat for a different size, and the process was chill. It did take a few days longer than I was hoping, which was kinda annoying, but customer service got back to me and handled it. The new one fits great, so I’m happy with it overall.

"Nice hats, easy to browse"
I came across kingandfifth when I was trying to find a new hat, and the designs caught my eye. They’re simple, but still have enough style that they don’t feel boring or too flashy. I liked that there were different colors and fit options too, so it was easy to find something that felt like me. The site itself was easy to browse for the most part. I didn’t spend forever on there or anything, but from what I saw, I’d definitely shop here again.

"Better Stock Than Most Hat Sites"
I’ve ordered from King and Fifth a couple of times now, they seem to have way more sizes and colors available than a lot of other hat sites I’ve checked out. One beanie I wanted was sold out in my preferred color, so it’s not like everything is always there, but overall their inventory is solid and easy to browse. Compared to the usual “out of stock” headache elsewhere, this was a much better experience. I’d definitely shop there again.

"Bad packaging ruined it for me"
I ordered from kingandfifth.com the packaging was disappointing. The box was thin and showed up smashed on one corner. When I opened it, the hat was basically just sitting in there with almost no padding. It had a weird crease and lint all over it, like it wasnt checked before they shipped it out. The hat mightve been okay if it was packed better, but the whole thing just felt sloppy. I dont think Ill be ordering again.

"Ended Up Fitting Great"
In the end, the hat fit pretty much exactly how I was hoping it would. It felt maybe just a tiny bit snug when I first put it on, but after wearing it for a bit, it loosened up and felt comfortable.

"Decent beanie, just not quite as nice as I hoped"
I got a beanie from King and Fifth and it’s fine, like not bad at all, just didn’t totally wow me. The material is soft, which I did like right away, and the color was pretty much what I expected from the pictures, so no complaints there. I guess I just thought it would feel a little thicker or more substantial for the price. After wearing it a few times, it started stretching out a bit more than I wanted, which was kind of disappointing. It’s still wearable and looks okay, but yeah, I’d probably only buy another one if it was on sale...

"Nice Hat, But the Shipping Took Forever"
I ordered a hat and, to be fair, the hat itself was totally fine when it finally arrived. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here though, the shipping took way longer than I expected, and that was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but when you’re waiting that long for something simple like a hat, it’s hard not to be annoyed

"At first I thought the hat…"
At first I thought the hat looked fine and would do the job, but after wearing it outside in cold wind, I’m disappointed. It barely keeps my ears warm, which is kind of the whole reason I bought it. I expected better, and if this is supposed to be for cold weather, it really misses the mark. I’ll probably be reaching out to customer service because this feels like something that needs to be addressed.

"Good quality, but the order mix-up was frustrating"
I ordered from kingandfifth, and while the package showed up in a decent amount of time, I was still getting a little impatient waiting for it to arrive. Most of my order was right, but one item wasn’t quite the color I picked. It was close enough that I ended up keeping it, but it was annoying because I had double checked everything before placing the order. The quality seems fine, I just wish the order had been more accurate after waiting for it.

"Nice hat, but the stitching could be better"
The hat looks good overall, and it feels decent when you wear it. I do like the style, actually. But then I noticed the stitching was a little uneven in a few spots, which kind of stood out once I saw it. It’s not awful or anything, and I’ll still probably wear it, but for the price I just expected it to look a bit cleaner. Maybe I’m being picky, but the craftsmanship could’ve been better.

"Return process was a hassle"
The return was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to dig around just to find the right info, then wait for replies, and even after that I still wasn’t totally sure what was going on... Shipping it back wasn’t cheap either. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle, especially since I expected a smoother process from an online store.

I wasn’t totally sure what size to order, so I checked the sizing info on the site. It actually helped a lot. The hat showed up and fit exactly how I wanted it to — not too tight, not too loose. Ordering was easy overall, and I didn’t have to guess. I’d definitely buy again.

there are a piece of shit company. I don’t think anybody should buy from them unless they want extra stress in their life, maybe some hypertension and loss of money for an inferior product. No one will talk to you here they’ll just take your money and send you what they want and good luck if you want refund that’s like who knows don’t anything from this company ever take it from someone who has and suffered buy it from a reputable company
